Directions:
Apply as a graphic, precise line to the upper or lower lash line or water line. For a smoky eyeliner: apply, then blend and soften with a brush while the eyeliner is still malleable for a smouldering look. To use as a shadow: apply to the eyelid and immediately blend with a brush.
